I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On one hand, the location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Old City, which made exploring really easy. The rooms were decent and comfortable for sleeping, but unfortunately, cleanliness was a major drawback. The breakfast was acceptable but could use some improvement. Overall, it's affordable, but there were noticeable areas that needed attention.

Capitol Hotel has a fantastic location, just a short and safe walk to the Old City, making it super convenient for exploring. The staff was incredibly welcoming, truly making me feel at home. While the hotel is a bit older and could use some refreshing, I found the accommodations to be clean and comfortable for a frugal traveler. The dining experience was quite good, especially the breakfast. Overall, it’s a great value for money as a base to discover Jerusalem, though the outdated appearance could be a turn-off for some.
